In engineering college I remember the one time we asked for an exam postponement. There was a grid failure - total darkness for 2 nights. And the night before, we started to lobby for postponement.

It was a tough paper, taken by a sadist professor. Our angst was understandable. The textbook was by Prof Sonde (groan) - not for the faint hearted.

So, what happened? All of us, who would study only the night before the exams, were busy running around, making representations to the Director. The "topper types" pooled in money and booked a room in a city hotel. They studied while we were agitating.

So, a friendly advice to all those who want postponement.
The guys who were already prepared to face the exams, will now ace the exams. And those who are on Twitter trending #PostponeJEE_NEETinCOVID, will lose whatever hope they had.
