Shooter is coordinating with officers prior to the incidents (he's waving to them in this video).

Shooter is again coordinating with officers, who give him water and thank him (see the orange pouch/pack and white hat).

Shooter runs towards a group of people, around 75 feet, and shoots one in the head.

Another angle of the first incident. As the shooter runs away from the person he shot in the head, he says to someone on the phone, "I shot somebody".

As the shooter runs off, a crowd follows. He trips and as people try to tackle him, he shoots 3 more people, on his way to surrender himself to the police.

Shooter has been identified (I've redacted it) and has a Totally Normal and Not Unhinged Facebook profile.

The shooter approached the police and walked right past them while armed, coming from the direction of where his shots were just fired. With protestors yelling he just shot people. Kyle Rittenhouse, has a warrant for 1st degree murder and had fled the state.
