This ginger manlet in the red shirt was stepping up to the guys with guns daring them to shoot him. Turns out he was the guy shot in the head. (see next tweet)
Here’s the shooting. His red shirt is wrapped around his head.
If you look closely in the previous video, ginger manlet charges a guy with a light green shirt who then shoots in self-defense and runs away. This appears to be the same guy. Same green shirt, appears to be a similar rifle. Also self-defense.
The guy who was shot in the arm was also at the gas station in the first video.
Turns out he had a gun drawn. The guy with the rifle has an absolutely solid self-defense case.
Another angle of the initial shooting. You can see the shooter being chased into the car dealership by the guy he eventually shot.
Wow. First degree murder seems excessive when he clearly was being attacked in both cases. Might be an attempt to get him to plead down to a lesser charge. https://twitter.com/clairenjax/status/1298662358894747648?s=21
