I don& #39;t even know how to respond to this except to say, Why not? (I mean, I don& #39;t think anybody should be endorsing Trump, but ...)
Hope for Prisoners can& #39;t endorse a candidate for office. Ponder as an individual can if he feels like it. 1/ https://twitter.com/kenvogel/status/1298423710848888833">https://twitter.com/kenvogel/...

Ponder can& #39;t endorse a candidate in his capacity as the CEO of Hope for Prisoners (that is, he can& #39;t endorse a candidate if he& #39;s speaking on behalf of the org). And there are situations where that& #39;s a tricky determination.

My full disclosure is I& #39;m not subjecting myself to the RNC.

What I& #39;m saying is, this isn& #39;t a serious complaint. Of course Ponder shouldn& #39;t be endorsing Trump but that& #39;s because nobody should, 3/

not because the CEO of a tax-exempt org inherits the ban the org faces on endorsing a candidate for office. 4/4
