I'm done. I was going to try to stick it out but I'm walking away.

I'm not going to poison myself with this.

Hate is like a virus and the RNC is being used to infect as many people as possible.

I'm not going to allow it to happen to me.
Here is what is happening.

Speakers are preaching radical extremist ideas. People who are liberal and moderate see this and start assuming all Republicans think the same way.

Here is the problem, they don't.

We then get divided further and further apart because of assumptions.
These assumptions and generalizations create massive gaps in communication between the two sides.

Trumpism isn't the Republican party but it wants you to believe it is.

They are trying to get you to hate everyone who has a different political party other than your own.
The trick they are pulling is on both sides.

They want you to hate everyone who identifies as Republican and in turn Republicans will hate you.

Trump masquerading as a Republican acts as a savior to anyone who is being attacked by "liberals" and adds to his base.
***This is about individuals and not party establishment.

***This is about your neighbor who identifies as a Republican but isn't a bad person.
This is a really hard concept to understand because of emotional responses to what you see.

That's why I'm walking away from this event.

Stop for a second and think deeply about why they want to do this and what damage its causing on an individual level.
I'm seeing the comments.

Why do you assume every person who identifies as Republican thinks this way?

Because Trump tells you?

Take the party establishment out of the picture.

There are many Republicans or people who are conservative that don't believe this garbage. Trust me.
A stereotype is a widely held but fixed and oversimplified image or idea of a particular type of person.

Trump is feeding both sides stereotypes.

He wants you to think all Republican voters are the same.

He wants them to think all Democratic voters are the same.

Don't buy it.
My final comment on this.

Social media is not real life.

These troll accounts are not normal, average Americans.

I'm not apologizing for Republican bad behavior but I'm also not assuming every Republican is a Trump supporter and is a bad person.

I'm also 100% for Biden.
