"I'm not sure what $10,000/hour work looks like?" asked @justincastelli

Me:
"What steps would you take to clone yourself?"
Justin owns his own firm, so his bread and butter is $1k/hour work.

He's got unique skills that he converts to income each day.

But that's hard to leverage.
Justin hasn't cloned himself, but he recently hired a younger colleague (YC) to help grow the business.

Boom, $10k opportunity abounds.
Justin wants to transfer his skills to YC:
- Relationship building
- Branding
- Digital marketing
- Building a book of clients

You know, cloning himself (minus the tats)
But his process lacked intentionality.

"I'm training YC through osmosis," he said.

"I'm bringing him to meetings, letting him observe, and then identifying teachable moments."

That's valuable work, but not $10,000/hour - it doesn't scale well.
Instead Justin could:

- Create a learning curriculum for YC
- Set targets for connections, skills learned
- Invest $ to have YC learn other skills (i.e. online courses, coaching)
- Having YC apply those new skills to the biz
- Documenting it so that when YC2 arrives, it's 🚀
It takes more time and intentionality.

WITHOUT A DOUBT.

Plus, there's no clear playbook -- but if (or more like WHEN) Justin executes, the ROI will easily clear the $10,000/hour threshold
