ok so since i’ve learned that binging RLLY SUDDENLY can make u gain more weight, i’m gonna allow myself a binge day and i’m gonna restrict carefully the day before (as opposed to fasting)
basically i’m gonna finish my fast (late friday morning), then i’m gonna do a liquid cleanse (soup, smoothie, etc) with a low cal limit until monday, then starting monday i’ll restrict at 354 a day (cuz that’s what a cat eats) (cont)
until the weekend, when my dad and i will probably be going out of town. when i’m there i’ll high restrict, i MAY have to eat the normal amount for weight loss (which would kill me) but hopefully i won’t binge
then when i get back i’ll go back down to 354 until it’s a Good Time to binge. i REALLY hope i can maintain this 😭😭
based on my height, these are the actual limits i’ll need to pay attention to during the trip. i will try my absolute hardest for 690, but if all else fails, shoot for 1440 (🤢).
