A list of killers who enjoyed dressing as women (*content warning*)

1. Alan Hawe. Worked as a headteacher. Murdered his wife and 3 kids after being caught watching porn at work. The porn addict would dress in his wife’s underwear in secret.

2. Roderick Deakin White. Murdered his fiancée because she tried to leave him due to his crossdressing. He would wear women’s underwear and makeup.

3. Colin Coats. Abducted and murdered Lynda Spence. Dressed in women’s clothes and referred to himself as “supertr*nny”.

4. Russell Williams. Convicted of murdering two women, Marie-France Comeau and Jessica Lloyd. Also convicted of numerous sexual assualts and 48 cases of theft of women’s underwear.

5. Richard Sharpe. Murdered his wife because he didn’t want to pay out money for their divorce. Sharpe cross-dressed from a young age. Liked to photograph himself dressed in a wig and fishnets.

6. Reginald Arthurell. Murdered his fiancée, his step-father and 19 year old Ross Browning. Suspected of many other murders including 80 year old woman. Photographed himself in victims dress.

7. Dennis Rader. Notorious serial killer known as “BTK” (bind, torture, kill). Murdered over 10 victims. Would steal women’s underwear, dress in women’s clothes and take photographs in various forms of bondage.

8. Robert Durst. Suspected of murdering at least 3 people. Would crossdress to avoid authorities. Durst enjoyed spending time in drag.

9. Jerry Brudos. Murdered at least four women. Jerry had a fetish for stilettos and women’s underwear. He would stalk women before sexually assaulting them. Married a 17 year old girl who he made do the housework nude, wearing only high heels.

10. Doil Lane. Murdered Nancy Shoemaker and stole her underwear. When Lane was arrested he had over 200 pairs of women’s underwear and stated he liked the wear them. He later admitted to murdering 8 year old Bertha Martinez.

11. Christopher Farrow. Murdered Wendy Speakes. Farrow had a fetish for women’s shoes and stockings and tied his victim up with stockings.

12. Daryl Rasmussen. Killed two men who he worked as a housekeeper for. Daryl called himself Ms Puppy and was known to crossdress.

13. Logan Kyle. Murdered his wife because he thought she was going to expose his crossdressing secret. He drove around with his mistress and two kids while his wife’s body was in the trunk of the car.

14. Mark Redwine. Murdered his 13 year old son Dylan. Dylan and his brother had discovered their father Mark was a crossdresser who would wear diapers and eat faeces. The kids found photos of their dad in women’s clothes and make up shortly before Dylan disappeared.
