1. Jay - the group's future rapper

Jay' s well known as one of the few rappers on I-Land.Even if he didn't have many chances to show his rap skills, whenever he got that opportunity he slayed his parts. Rappers are of a great importance, Jay's very needed

2. Jay - a main dancer

The trainees themselves acknowledge that Jay's one of the best dancers out there. He dances with power, he dances with emotions, he pours all his feelings into his moves. He could be one of the main dancers in the group.

3. Jay - incredible vocalist

Even though Jay's a rapper, he showed us how incredibly he can sing countless of times. His voice is deep and unique,easily recognizable. It could suit any genre of music.He sings the first part of Into the I-Land for a reason

4. Jay - an all rounder

Jay can dance well,rap well,sing well.That makes him a whole all rounder who could be so useful to the future group. He'd slay whatever parts are given to him, he wouldn't have difficulties in neither of the 3 main categories - singing, dancing, rapping.

5. Jay - a leader

Jay is one of the potential leaders of the future groups. He could be either a leader like every other or also a performance leader. He leads the team well, trainees trust him and his leadership, they can count on him. He always puts the team first.

He's mature, responsible, thoughtful and considerate. All of these are traits which one leader should have. Jay would fit the leader position very well.

6. Jay's english skills

We all know that Jay is quite good at speaking english. Since belift is aiming for creating a global group, it means the boys will have many international promotions such as showcases, interviews, tours, etc. Jay's english skills would be of a huge

help to his teammates, especially to the ones who aren't very good at it. Communicating in english will be very useful when it comes to interviews, fan events and etc.

7. Jay's patience and determination

Jay is the type to never give up when something isn't working out. During the 1st part of the show when he was trying out for a part in Into the I-Land, he kept on losing the parts. Instead of giving up though, he fought till the end.

He was determined to give his best and he did it. He worked hard till the end, he gave his absolute best. In the end his patience paid off and he got the first part he desired for the studio version. Patience and determination are of a great importance, he has them both.

8. Everybody likes Jay

Jay is one of those people who are loved by everyone. No matter that he is similar with some of the trainees and different from the others, he made friends with all of them quite quickly. The boys can lean on him and that would mean a lot in the future.

9. Jay's stage presence

One of the most important things about an idol is their stage presence. Jay's got it all. His face expressions are always on point. he pours so much feelings and emotions in his performances that you can feel them too by watching him. The charisma
