Last night I watched in HORROR as my city burned.... #Kenosha
Sirens, Smoke, Flames filled the night sky...
Businesses that people have spent their whole lives building were gone within hours...
Fire Departments within a 60 mile radius (both IL and WI) were called to battle 50+ fires and still there was not enough....
Rioters came from the greater Milwaukee and Chicago areas and even as far as Minnesota to destroy a foreign city. Paid "protesters" with the lone goal of destroying America.
Help was here, but there was only so much they could do.
We woke up to a hazy sky. You could smell the smoke-filled air miles away.
How do you begin to pick up the pieces?
Lower storefronts and Upper apartments burnt to a crisp.

This is little part of town is referred to as "Uptown" and largely consists of minority and lower income residents.
Over 30 businesses here were destroyed. Some buildings are a hundred years old.
Police guarded the courthouse. Government property got the majority of the protection.
Smashed glass and graffiti lined the sidewalks.
Who is paying for this?
So much is lost. And nothing gained.
Heroes continue to work
Tonight, they will be back. People are trying to be prepared.
Citizens are planning to be armed and ready. This isn't Portland. #Kenosha
