Awareness + Audience = Income

So you're going to make a difference in people's lives, and you want to monetize that.

Let's talk about the framework for that.

Only a few people out there are doing this, I've put a couple example case studies at the end...

- Thread -

Awareness.

- value (bonus if it's share worthy)
- relevant to your intended audience
- promote/promotion (bonus if it's share worthy)

Audience.

- provide enough value people want more & opt-in
- inside content = amazing value + share worthy w/non-subs
- foster community (plenty of apps for this, bonus points if you can monetize the community)

bonus: for email, always make it easy for a new reader to subscribe

Income.

- one product to start
- monetize community
- should help your built audience so much they feel delighted to have the opp. to have access

This is the framework... a lot of folks have pieces of it, only some have it all.

Awareness.

- Content has value and insight
- a free Facebook Ad for Ecom course (free taste)

Audience.
- Strong twitter following
- Utopia where the community lives (monetized)
- Continues to create valuable insider content (from what I understand)

Income.
- Any donations from the FB Ad for Ecom course (single product)
- Utopia Marketing Mastermind community monetized through Gumroad
- Probably his own clients that come in from this presence
