Yo who here loves sonic? Specifically sonic x I’ve rewatched it and I wanna go off about it

Aight so I decided 1 min was long enough to wait for a response so I’ma make a thread

Okay so first of all, if they had to include humans in the first couple seasons to get that semi-serious slice of life stuff I feel that and tbh I enjoyed it! but pls why couldn’t it have been about Helen and not Chris???

Chris literally has anything he could’ve asked for and more BEFORE sonic even shows up Yet his character conflict is “he feels lonely” like bruh you have two servants and a grandpa who love you more than anything! But do you know who this conflict suits more?

That’s right! Helen! She literally has the exact same problem as Chris except she doesn’t have other adults to support her! Both her parents are always busy working to pay for her medical expenses and while she appreciates it, she just wants more time w them

They also keep trying to push this idea that Chris and sonic are best friends when Chris hangs out and has the most in common with Tails they bond WAY more in the show than he ever does with Sonic

Like, just the one episode of Sonic and Helen hanging out was fun and sweet and left me wantin more, like LOOK AT THEM

Anywayss ya I might revisit this thread but that’s all for now, sonic X shoulda made Helen the main human
