Daud Kim made his apology which I advise you watch in full here (6 minutes long)
The victim of harassment has since posted a response to this on her twitter, which raises several points I now wish to deal with.

First, she claims that the legal agreement they signed contained the condition that the apology video was meant to be kept up.
However no such clause existed in the legal agreement. Unless there were several agreements signed, in which case the burden of proof lies on her to show this was part of any agreement. Until then this can be dismissed as unsubstantiated.
The second claim, that he will still be going to court, this is clearly outlined not to be the case in the legal document. I quote: "The victim will not ask Kim for any civil or criminal liability" & she "has indicated that she does not want to punish Kim for the above case".
You can't sign a waver that clearly states that he isn't going to get punished and then be surprised when he isn't punished. The document couldn't make it any clearer that nothing was going to take place beyond this agreement.
It is true his fans are harassing them, and they should stop this. She is within her right to feel disgust. The issue here is now this claim that she hasn't given any misinformation. Which is not true. I have highlighted several points which constitute as false.
also, with regards to his concern about his career. It is not strange to think that he may be worried about backlash from this. How this has turned out is proof that worry was justified. People are not making distinctions between harassment and actual rape. There is a difference.
It is possible for him to feel guilt for what he did, and be worried about your concern, while simultaneously be concerned for his own safety. He is a high profile youtuber, Korea has big problems with cyber bullying, and many figures have committed suicide due to such things.
and last of all, again she clearly refers to him as a RAPIST. Despite clearly showing throughout this ordeal that no rape had occurred. His being a muslim or not has nothing to do with the claim that he IS a rapist is utterly false, by her and @chewykiss's own admission.
The terms here are important. What he and his fans have done constitutes sexual harassment. There is no doubt about that.
Rape on the other hand, is not equivalent to sexual harassment. I'm sorry to have to resolve to talking about this so explicitly, but rape involves actual penetration to have occurred. This case began as sexual harassment, but these terms are being thrown around interchangeably.
This is important. And last of all, this claim that he had sobered up is not being substantiated by your own accounts. When he arrived at the house, he was so drunk he couldn't stand. Your friend had to care for him.
it was 4am according to this message before he even arrived, and it emphasises HOW drunk he was. She found him lying on the floor, and unable to go home.
The OP @chewykiss posted (pinned to her profile) was posted at 5:45am after the event had occurred &s he had been kicked out. This video shows the time on Kim's phone.

you don't go from being completely hammered, to stone cold sober in less than 1.5 hr

So this claim is unjustified. When she woke up and kicked him out, she was clearly and justifiably aggravated by the situation. They were able to push him down the stairs, and it appears to have happened quickly. I don't see how you can make such a solid judgement about this here
Finally she states she has suffered trauma from this, which wouldn't surprise me. Such things happening can be a shock. We shouldn't be calling him completely innocent, he even owns up to his mistake in his apology video.
But I don't think its fair, having gone through both accounts, and cross referencing numerous claims made by the victim and her friend, to paint Kim as some sort of evil monster out to rape all the women.
There is no evidence to suggest he was anything but hammered, that they had been with him throughout the night and were comfortable enough around him flirting, exchanging numbers, taking selfies together, etc. They were comfortable enough to let him into their home.
He has clearly completely misread the situation & thought his open flirting was being reciprocated, which has definitely become clear now was a complete misunderstanding. He made an advance while in the worst possible state to have done so, he was rejected & kicked out.
They later met up, he apologised, a very clear document was signed, everyone wanted to move on with their lives and leave this behind them, and they all did. By their own admission.
He deleted the video much later, and this seems to have annoyed the girls, and now they are pushing for his complete destruction. They are pushing to make this go viral across the world, having it translated into many languages etc.
Clearly this original desire to move on has dissolved & has turned into an act of revenge which was sparked by the deleting of his original apology video. It does not seem clear to me that this re-escalation maps on to the stated intentions of those involved.
To clarify, I am not a Daud Kim "fan", simply a brother in Islam concerned with this being blown out of proportion.

I do not agree with what he did. Such behaviour is against the Sharia, and I consider it immoral. Alcohol, zina, making advances without clarifying consent etc.
I pray for all those who have been involved in this. May Allah guide them on the straight path, forgive their shortcomings, and help them to overcome this. May forgiveness become a clear and available option to the sisters, and may they not be overcome with thoughts of revenge...
to the point that they themselves become oppressors.

May Allah accept this from me. I intended only to clear up misconceptions, and assist brother @Jaehan9192 overcome some of the slanders I see being made against him.

May Allah forgive any mistakes and shortcomings.

Ameen.
LAST THING:

DO NOT bother to call me a rape apologist, as I do not condone such things. If it can be proved he raped her then I will condemn him for it.

Even if Allah does forgive all sins, that doesn't mean he can escape the consequences of the law.

But this has to be shown.
