Accusations are being made against @Jaehan9192 [Daud Kim]. Some false claims have been made that I wish to clear up to reduce the confusion. I will also outline what occurred according to those involved & the evidence available.

I have done my best to get to truth.

1. HE WAS A DRUNK MUSLIM & THIS OCCURRED AFTER HIS CONVERSION TO ISLAM. 👈FALSE!

Those who accuse him of this, I beg you to seek forgiveness with Allah. Check the evidences before saying such things; especially publicly.
The claim that he was a muslim was being pushed by one of those accusing him, but as is clear here, this terrible incident occurred JUNE 26th 2019...
However he did not take his shahada till the end of September as can be seen here. He also makes it clear in a number of videos building up to this that he was still seeking.

Criticisms that he committed the sin of drinking alcohol while being a Muslim are therefore to be considered false. Those that say this about him should make tawbah, as you should be confirming information before you start engaging in the spreading of false information:
“O you who believe! If a Faasiq comes to you with any news, verify it, lest you should harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretful for what you have done”

[al-Hujuraat 49:6]
Concluding this first point, this occurred over a year ago, NOT RECENTLY, and he was not a muslim when it occurred nor while he was drinking.

Not only that, a police report was clearly made, and the only reason it wasn't taken any further was because the person making the accusation AGREED TO DROP THE CHARGES!

The accuser agreed to meet Daud, and he sincerely apologised, she accepted the apology, and agreed to take it no further on the 5th JULY 2019; dropping the charges!

Yet now has chosen to try to make this go viral again, over a year later, despite making amends, and moving on.

Concluding this second point, it is not true that the police didn't do anything. By their own admission, they were supportive, filed a claim, and only dropped the charges upon the accusers agreement. It was then raised OVER A YEAR LATER. Despite expressing being ok

3. DAUD KIM IS A RAPIST 👈 FALSE
The individuals pushing this have repeatedly referred to him as a rapist, and pushed this narrative multiple times.
AND this person has changed their name to "TW rape"

TW being short for trigger warning.

Again trying to frame Daud as an actual rapist.
Also going as far as RT'ing content that refers to the crime as rape (which involves penetration) and even claiming he deserves:
1. A LIFETIME SENTENCE IN PRISON
2. AN ETERNITY IN HELL

RT'ing such rhetoric is incredibly questionable.
This is important for a number of reason.

1. it was claimed elsewhere that it was attempted rape, & not actual rape. The original claim was that he "tried to rape" her, not that he did rape her.

The difference being an attempted sexual advance, and actual forced penetration
the latter being much more serious, and so care should be made not to lead people to believe that which is false.

It is dishonest to frame him as an actual rapist, when no rape was committed.

Also, It was not documented as assault or attempted rape, but as sexual harassment.
2nd.. Allah warns us of condemning people to hell. The two individuals making these accusations have admitted to being muslims.

To conclude, they are using multiple terms which does not give a clear picture of what happened, and use terminology varying from accusing him of being a rapist, to making it look like a very misguided alcohol fuelled sexual advance that was rejected.
