Artworktee thread part 2.

The seller poked me again asking for an update on the payment. I let them know that I couldn't get a hold of Artworktee and that I was told that they would handle the shipping.

On march 11th, I messaged their twitter again. I was not a happy fox. I then had to go through the entire situation once again. It was like they just threw it to the side and forgot, like it wasn't even important. I was told I would have an update on Saturday the 14th
That day came and went with no response. I waited 2 more days and messaged again. No response. I tried email again the next day. No response. On the 19th, I finally got a reply about the plush and was told that they got the info and needed to contact another provider.
I was reasonably confused. It turns out, that they just meant that they were talking with the same person who had my plush already. I continued to explain what was going on with the plush once more, going through the information and trying to get it solved.
They told me they would find out what was going on with the first person I was talking with and take it from there, and again I was going to wait on the shipping to be paid. I messaged for an update on the 26th of March, and again on April 3rd after getting no response.
I got a reply and was told that shipping would be handled on their end, and gave them my shipping info once more. I was asked once again if i would pay it and was told I would be reimbursed. I explained again why I was not comfortable with that option.
12 days later, I still had not heard back. I messaged again on April 22nd, and was told that they were still waiting on the maker and were having issues talking to them. I went back to waiting and apologized for being an inconvenience.
I messaged again almost a month later after not having received any news. I was told again that they were waiting on the maker to reply. I then decided to contact the maker myself.
To my surprise, I was told that the maker had not heard back after they had attempted to message artworktee to set up the invoices for the missing plushes...back on April 24th. I was also given screenshots as proof of this. I was furious that they lied to my face.
I decided to message their twitter one more time recently and ask for an update. I was told that they were still unable to talk with the maker. I called them out on the contradiction, telling them I had just talked to them. I never got a reply.
I was furious. I felt scammed and I also felt bad for the maker, as they are dealing with the same stuff. I am not the only one missing their plush either apparently. I do not know how many other there are.
I messaged the seller again, trying to see if I could pay the shipping through paypal. I have to pay it through the two options listed previously. I do not want to do this. I don't feel safe doing it. But I said I would look into it.
So this is where I sit. I have no plush, I am still missing items from the first campaign I supported, and I am worried about my character. I do not want him being sold off. I don't want him being stolen.
The way I see it, three things can happen. 1) Things will work out after this goes up.
2) I will have to pay shipping and take the risk of my total loss amount going from 175 to 235 dollars ( a little over 2/3 of my paycheck)

Please share this around. A year is far too long for this to have gone on. I've been lied to. I've been worked around. I'm tired. I just want my stuff that I paid for. I don't know what else to do from here. I'm sorry this was so long. Please help me get this around. Thank you
I supported this company at cons, I supported their campaigns, hell I even defended them when they promised change and worked through everything on November 22nd. I'm just tired of this. Anyway, I spent the night working on this. It's 7 am. I'm going to get some rest
