The European Food Safety Authority, and both the American and UK Colleges of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists recommend limiting, but not eliminating, caffeine consumption during pregnancy

The controversial research paper, published in BMJ Evidence Based Medicine, looked at 48 studies

Prof Jack James acknowledges his report is observational, so can& #39;t prove anything definitively
