The @Radio702 that had soul would have put together a farewell video with messages from ALL who worked with Aki. There'd be a plaque, gift & farewell to mark this big moment. Regardless of why someone was leaving. But your shortsighted trick to "do it quietly" shows self-interest
It shows a company that no longer cares about people, that no longer sees bigger picture, that privileges a disagreement over the soul of a special person like Aki. You know he is a gentle giant & won't fight you. You didn't win. You just showed us your soulless self. I pity you
