Can't imagine a better way to rehab your image as an asshole and sexual predator.

I get watching Kobe's highlights and thinking "wow, what a great player. I should study his moves."

I thoroughly don't understand this slobbering mythologizing surrounding him. Karl Malone needs his PR firm.

Like I LOVE James Brown's music. Grew up with it around the house nonstop. And I understand studying it and his dancing.

But now I'm an adult and don't want no damn Godfather of Soul Day because James Brown beat the shit out of women.

This is a larger problem with our country (and humanity at-large) I suppose.

We gotta make heroes and legends out of deeply-flawed and even terrible people just because they excelled at something we like.
