Stay at Barcelona:
Messi could stay at Barcelona but would he want his later years be wasted at a club in desperate need of rebuild that will take, at the very least, 3 years. Remember he is 33 now and at 36 he'll be thinking about retirement.

Paris Saint Germain:
PSG could afford Messi no problem. Its just whether Neymar would be Ok with being in Messi's shadow again as he specifically left Barcelona to get out of Messi's shadow. Would he block the move or would he be fine? NMM would be a deadly trio however.

Inter Milan:
Messi to Inter seems unlikely. Could they afford the price tag and wages? I'm not too sure. It's been reported that Messi to Inter has been a "dream" for their owners since 2016.

Juventus:
Since the mid 00s a rivalry has sparked between arguably the two greatest players of all time. Off the field there is a respect between one another but on the field, Ronaldo wouldn't want to share the spotlight with his rival. He could block the move.

Manchester City:
The last part of the project. Imagine the brand exposure and new fans city would gain from this - it's a great PR move. It's been reported that they would pay anything to land him. His best friend is Aguero and Pep was the manager that got the best out of him.

MLS / CSL
The most unlikely option is to move away from Europe. I wouldn't expect him to move to the CSL or MLS because he is still at the top of his game with much to offer.
