Ahead of tomorrow's announcement I thought I'd do the kind of post I'd have liked to read way back when I first joined #footballindex and didn't understand what to expect. There's an announcement tomorrow at 5pm which will outline a new Dividend Chart for the 20/21 season.
This means that we can expect Match Day Dividends to increase (by how much, we don't know). Hopefully we will also see an increase to IPD's (again, by how much, we don't know)
If the increase is deemed "good" you can expect to see purchases of PB players, unlisting of PB players and also purchases of IPD players (again depending on the IPD increase, and fixtures within the 30 day window)
There's a couple of ways to try and get ahead of the curve. Buy today, via Market Buy or Matching Engine (if you can) or hold the cash and make a VERY rapid decision depending on the announcement at 5pm. When I say RAPID, I mean rapid. Make a list of who you want today.
Some obvious PB "Premium" risers:

TAA, KDB, Neymar

PB "cheaper" holds:

Kroos, Depay, Dybala, Rodrigo de Paul, Hakan etc.

IPD holds:

Anyone who scores very consistently!
Don't panic, be pre-prepared. Make yourself a list today. If the IPD increase is decent then wait until the 30 day window for your chosen player is relevant. Remember some leagues have downtime right now and some don't return until end Sept!
The same goes for PB players. You'll have the initial "rockets" but remember if the increase is good, then in theory those players are as cheap as they're ever going to be over the next month or so until the next div review!
Most of all, ENJOY. Maybe you don't have cash right now. So what. Do nothing - if you want to sell and buy someone else, maximise the opportunity. Don't fall for FOMO. There's always another Rocket fuelling up to blast off into the FI stratosphere!
Finally, I hope for all of us, after a long period of patience, this announcement can usher in the next chapter of Football Index. So many people are yet to experience the true FI, being able to trade, not feeling stuck in a hold. Let's hope tomorrow brings that to an end. Enjoy!
