Yesterday when I took my daughter for her golf lesson I ended up talking to a grandma who was worried because her grandson had gone to college. She wished they’d been virtual like the other schools here ...she was truly frightened. I asked her how old he was, and she said 18.

First, I told her the odds of his getting sick are very low, and then I pointed out that even if he caught it, God forbid, he would likely be asymptomatic or recover very quickly. Finally, I told her he would be ok, and you’d have thought this hadnt even occurred to her.

Democratic politicians and our media had so TERRIFIED this grandma that she never even considered that he would be ok. She automatically assumed his going to college was a death sentence. How screwed up is that?! Shame on the people responsible for the ridiculous COVID rhetoric.
