scribbling with a pen, pencil, marker, crayon, etc. <3
counting to a large number and writing it down! :)
mixing paint, try colors that you think look well together! <3
watch some youtube, try things that you have made you feel happy or relaxed in the last! <33
make a blanket fort, even if it& #39;s just out of pillows and blankets, get some snacks, settle in (be cautious of any hazards, no candles, be safe!) ♡
get those stuffed animals back out, there& #39;s nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed of! <3
call that person that always makes you feel better, explain how you feel, just ask them to talk to you, it can be about anything, they& #39;ll understand! ♡
hug someone, a friend, a family member, anyone at all! <3
read a book that makes you happy, be sure it& #39;s not anything scary! ♡
take a bath, maybe with a bath bomb, or some scents, perhaps flower petals or candles! <3
play an instrument or try learning one! ♡
give your pets some love, i& #39;m sure they& #39;d be more then happy to give it back! <3
