#flexibleworking is often due to timetabling in schools rather a lack of will. If it is, then diversity and inclusion training is required. How about supporting jobshares?
One of the key issues with retention is two fold. Firstly, that opportunities are not available for people to progress, there is a blockage at middle level, with little flow through of staff. @GovJersey needs to address this. Without opportunities, people move on. #WomenEd
