We found that there were increases in unpaid working hours by an average of 7.14 additional hours each week.

@KateBurkeNHS from @FlexNHS says staff feeling able to have meaning conversations with managers will help to creating working environments that support flexibility.
The report also explains that a significant percentage of respondents did not feel safe sharing personal concerns with their managers.
