Basically, none of the FN characters are listening to Thor. They're all considering him a threat. Thor, left with no other option, is forced to show the FN characters his wrath. Thor starts to lose his memory and becomes weak, dropping his hammer in Salty.

Earlier today, Thor's Hammer appeared in the Fortnite map, at Salty, making a crater there, as shown in comic 6. It wasn't a live event. Despite numerous attempts using different skins, Thor's hammer was not able to be picked up.

Things went pretty smooth, and the judge "seemed to be siding" with Epic. Some more news was recently uncovered that Epic's request to leave Fortnite temporarily on the app store till things were sorted out GOT DENIED.
