hello carats!! I just made this workout to a playlist of seventeen’s best workout songs and I really liked doing it so I thought I’d share just in case some of you wanted to try it out!! #SEVENTEEN @pledis_17

psa! this is a workout with moves I personally like to do, and since everyone is different it might include moves that aren’t suitable for your body, so please be careful if you decide to try it out. you can always modify this workout to your level and your preference of moves <3
warm up : 24H (do pretty much whatever you want)
thighs / booty pt.1 : call call call (don’t go too hard yet)
thighs / booty pt.2 : hit (full power)
abs pt.1 : boomboom (abs laying down)
abs pt.2 : getting closer (focusing on your full core)
full body / arms : back it up
break / cool down : chuck (rest + holds 3x)
stretching : rocket, rock, very nice (do whatever you want)
