We are all haunted by our past, by the future, by lost love, by mistakes we have made, by uncertainty, by death, by loss. Almost everyone goes through it, or has gone through it or is going through it. The good, bad, happy sad, rich, poor all go through the above.
What keeps us moving forward and living instead of simply existing, is the practice of gratitude, counting our blessings, focussing on what we want and not on what we don’t want.
Prayer and a life of conscious living, and trusting the process of life, and that we will be take care of!
Accepting and letting go, forgiving, these are not easy things but they become easier and possible when we realise we are getting nothing from holding on.
When we are grateful when we count our blessings we experience a shift in energy and our thinking and feelings. That practice slowly, helps us to realise what’s worth it and what isn’t then we get the inner strength to let go and move on with your extraordinary life that we have.
Only we can make this change ...we cannot wait for others to change ...yes it’s unfair in most cases, not right, etc …But you have to make the change for you if you want your peace of mind and heart
