2/ More importantly, we will lose great young men and women. We will lose leaders. We will lose role models. We will lose future graduates who would go on to become proud alums of USD 259. We will lose some of the best of the best that our district has to offer...

3/ And I can promise this: I will do everything in my power to help all of our seniors find a home to play basketball this season if we can’t play and that is their desire. They won’t want to leave but these guys have worked their butts off to try and get to the next level...

5/ closed. @WichitaUSD259 board you still have a chance to do the right thing. You still have a chance to show that you have the best interest of kids in mind. Cutting their sports will not slow the spread in Wichita. These kids will still be out and about...

6/ participating in club sports and other activities within our community. The only thing you accomplish by cutting extra curricular activities is taking away opportunities from thousands of kids in our community.
