okay time to share my (apparently) controversial opinion on the benji & jeyjey / jorge situation because nobody asked but some of ya’ll are making me uncomfortable.

the way some of yall wish death/pain on others is hella weird. he made a HORRIBLE mistake & deserves serious consequences but death penalty? for poor ass judgement while being coerced? it doesn’t sit right w me.

i also STRONGLY believe in rehabilitating and the fact that yall wanna kill people instead... barbaric. lets not forget most p**dophiles often have undergone traumatic experiences and are continuing a cycle that CAN BE broken with the right help (usually)

then there’s people like jeffrey epstein who are actual predators and threats to society who are basically beyond help/redemption. putting a 19 y/o in the same category? given the context? idk yall it really seems to diminish the meaning of an “pa*dophile”/predator for me

death penalty is not okay. period. if anything life in jail is a worse outcome if you really hope someone suffers for their crime. murder is stooping down to pa*dophile levels of immorality. *that michelle obama quote*

tldr; pa*dophilia is bad, murder is bad. pa*dophiles (for the most part) deserve some form of rehabilitation. benji deserves serious consequences but also deserves to get help and right his wrong. also jeyjey probably the real pa*do/bad person here
