I have never worked anywhere with a family/vacation/sick leave policy anywhere close to what I believe is just. Until I started working with @AOC.

I always knew that this would be good for me on a personal level. 1/4

It gives me the opportunity to achieve the mental and physical health that can be so hard to achieve in such a demanding job.

What I didn’t consider, until actually living this policy, is the most impactful part of it. And why I would recommend any company adopt it. 2/4

It has created a culture within the staff of support, sacrifice, and understanding of each other’s lives. This has been a difficult year. We have all needed unexpected support at one point or another. And we have all given the focus and commitment needed to cover the gaps. 3/4

This is all thanks to an incredible group of coworkers. Everyone passionate and devoted as the next. We are all leaders in the office and therefore inspire each other. But the space for us to thrive is given by @AOC.
