As @mistietolman stated earlier, we host extensive trainings on decorum and rules because we know what is at risk when we don& #39;t follow the rules.

Even when we just show up, we are followed, and the smallest of rules are enforced on us.

Why weren& #39;t they immediately removed from the statehouse?
