nonlesbians legitimately believe that being a woman that's not attracted to men isn't important and that lesbians think we're better than them because we dare to be happy about overcoming years of internalized homophobia and comphet. that's why i don't care about ~wlw solidarity~
almost every lesbian knew she liked girls from a young age. while that's scary, especially if you grew up somewhere homophobic, the dreadful part that we spend up until adulthood denying is a lack of attraction to men. it's just as important to shaping our identity, sorry bout it
