Does anyone else feel like the work day should be 6 hours, not 8? I think that would be perfect.
I often struggle to keep up my energy/focus for that long. Even when I& #39;m productive in those other 2 hours, I& #39;m generally not happy about it.

For me a perfect day is two 3-hour blocks, and sometimes that& #39;s even better as four 1.5 hour blocks. I find that& #39;s the pattern of my best days. I got in a good flow for 1 block, took a good break, good flow for a 2nd block. done.
This is also why I struggle with my side hustles. I can only do them in spurts. I just can& #39;t stand to be "working" at my laptop after work anymore. I can dedicate myself to doing it for, say a month, and crank a course out, but it takes me 4-8 months to recover. Ugh.
