WHAT IS ODD? Is that DeJoy came in after all this, so my guess is they used the WH Task force report as their analysis and why he can’t identify it. It was already planned.

That had been worked on by Treasury and others in 2018. They just needed the right folks in place to work with it.

So before y’all call me crazy, remember that KOCH and GOP minions have been placed within USPS for the last 30 years. With Bush and @SenSusanCollins they were able to almost cripple USPS with debt and pre-funded 75 years of pensions.
