What's a CRO program look like? It can take two forms

low volume – stores with < 1k orders per month can't run
an efficient A/B testing program. So, we do everything but the tests.

High volume – 1k-10k sales per month, we run an A/B testing program with 2-4 tests per month.

3) Website Audits

I will do a 30-60 minute video audit of your website and brainstorm ideas for how you can improve the conversion rate.

Before doing the audit I'll have you fill out a short survey so I can get context for your goals, acquisition channels, etc.
