Porter: “Can you tell me how many people voted by mail in last election?”

DeJoy: “No, I cannot”

Porter: “To the nearest ten million?”

DeJoy: “No”

Louis DeJoy doesn't know much it costs to mail a postcard but he's sabotaging America's most popular government institution 70 days before an election in which a record number of Americans will vote by mail
