7.Emotion outlet: replace your habits of emotional eating with other activities that make you feel good. For example when you’re stressed you eat cookies instead write a song... ( if you like writing)

9. Rest day: once a week you should dedicate some time to reset & do a leisure activity whether that’s reading, taking a hot bath... Do something to take your mind of work, school or whatever you’re dealing with. Rest days are important; they improve mental health...
10.Think positive: choose to focus on what you what to do have and partake in gratitude daily. Negative thinking only causes more stress and doesn’t solve anything.
