Under @Stanford's new Title IX policy, victims of sexual assault are not considered too drunk to consent (incapacitated) unless they literally have no control over their arms and legs or any part of their body.

Just being very drunk isn't enough. The victim must be paralyzed.
This seems on its face to violate CA state law. Oh and if a @Stanford perpetrator is somehow under this ridiculously high standard found responsible for raping someone, they can argue that they so drunk they didn't know victim was incapacitated to evade punishment @NanetteAsimov
This "get of jail free card" allowing perpetrators WHO HAVE BEEN FOUND RESPONSIBLE for rape or sodomy or quid pro quo harassment to argue that they were so drunk they shouldn't be fired or expelled shows the lengths to which @Stanford will go to not punish men who attack women.
