Under @Stanford& #39;s new Title IX policy, victims of sexual assault are not considered too drunk to consent (incapacitated) unless they literally have no control over their arms and legs or any part of their body.

This seems on its face to violate CA state law. Oh and if a @Stanford perpetrator is somehow under this ridiculously high standard found responsible for raping someone, they can argue that they so drunk they didn& #39;t know victim was incapacitated to evade punishment @NanetteAsimov
