If some of us had the options of picking between working, and not working guaranteed our needs will still be met, we would pick the latter without thinking twice. But since we have no options, we hustle

So, if you allow people shame you out of your hustle, I pity you. The economic climate we are in, is messed up. Jobs are hard to get. And even those who try to create job, the government is frustrating them with crazy working policies stemming from government ineptitude.

I have an unfettered dislike for those shame other people's hustle. People are out here trying to make lemons out of the lemonades, and all you have to offer is discouragement and pessimism? You dey crase. That's all I can say.

Word of advice to those who are hustling legitimately: never be ashamed of your product or craft. Sell perfumes? Advertise it with your chest. I have noticed that at some point, the people who bat their eyelids at first, would get comfortable with it and leave you alone.

Are you an employee? There is nothing wrong with that. The wave in the air is that everyone wants to start up a business. Truth is, we are all different. My reality is not your reality. You feel you can function well as an entrepreneur? Go for it.

And if you feel entrepreneurship is not your forte, be an employee. Even if you start as a cleaner, so long you are able to pay your bills, carry it with your chest. Driver? With your chest.

Never let anyone make you feel less for being a legit hustler. If you resign from that cleaning job, hunger will finish you and nobody will look at your side. Everybody get wetin dey do am.

And if you are one of those dingbats who still shame people for their legitimate hustle, I only have two words for you: fuck you.
