Fuck it...it's been going over in my head how I went to the shop today and just before I walked in ,I saw two people discussing face masks and one of the people said how annoying they found it,to which the other person said "Just say you have a exemption, you'll be fine" 1/?
To which the first person said "Yeah,people will make up absolutely anything these days" Now,I know there are people in America lying about being exempt because of bogus organisations, but are we just going to continue like disabled people don't exist? 2/?
I know I can wear a mask and I know that it took time for myself and @itrainedflowers to adjust properly but there are disabled people who for one reason or another, cannot wear masks and what happens then? 3/?
They get judged because they "should wear a mask" or "They should be at home" because of course, it's not like disabled people have to eat and drink or collect medications, is it? I want to help people.I want to help make the world a better place, but do you know how hard it is ,when you have people pushing against you? When those people have the power to make decisions that affect you,yet you don't get a say,because you're seen as not important 12/?
If the world was equal, I and countless others wouldn't have to burn ourselves out while trying to get people to listen...but it's not equal because people are set in their exclusionary ways 13/?
