NEW: NY AG lawsuit is filed against The Trump Organization, Eric Trump, two Trump LLC’s (DJT Holdings LLC, Seven Springs LLC); a New York lawyer Charles Martabano, the law firm Morgan Lewis, and Trump Org accountant Sheri Dillon.
Martabano was a Trump attorney who worked on a project called Seven Springs, which involved purchase of a large 213-acre estate in Katonah, NY. Trump was going to build seven mansions on the property in 2012. Seems likely this lawsuit is related to that enterprise.
From reporting on the Seven Springs project last year:

“While records show the property is assessed at a total of about $19.6 million estimated market value, Trump listed the value at more than $50 million, according to a federal financial disclosure report.”

And here is what has been filed so far by the AG: several procedural/discovery requests, a request to seal something, and a petition—which may be a complaint, but may be something related to ongoing proceedings.
There is certainly a lawsuit filed—this photo indicates the sealed filing is likely the complaint.
As noted by the sharp @jesskcoleman — parties are characterized as “Petitioner” and “Respondent.” Might not mean anything, but sometimes that’s used in procedural or appellate fights and not criminal or civil filings. Could mean a formal complaint not yet filed; we don’t know.
Here is a more detailed thread on the lawsuit as we understand it. The NY AG is doing a deep dive into potential fraud at The Trump Org—including some investigation of mysterious loans from Deutsche Bank. https://twitter.com/robertjdenault/status/1297954740689686528?s=21 https://twitter.com/robertjdenault/status/1297954740689686528
