@pharmeasyapp My elderly mother ordered meds, which the delivery guy refused to deliver up to the flat two days. Instead of informing her that he can't come up, he simply left and took the meds with him, which are needed urgently. They have been paid for, cancelling is an issue.
Customer care was informed but they been unable to help. The delivery person is naturally not accountable, and pharmeasy clearly does not know how to implement professionalism in delivery personnel.
The answer to all support centre chats is, "We will get this delivered as soon as possible," but you actually can't. It will take as long as you take - why run an app or a business that is this disorganised and downright unkind?
In a scenario where delivery personnel are supposed to deliver to senior citizens who cannot go to stores to buy their own medicines, in the middle of a pandemic, and they refuse to do so, is Pharmeasy accountable?
He not only hung up on my mother when she asked him to come upstairs, he also entered on the app that she requested alternate day delivery and left!!! He lied, he has caused extreme inconvenience to a customer and senior, and Pharmeasy does nothing?!
If this is the kind of people you hire, why should anyone view Pharmeasy as a solution to medicinal needs? And you can't even ensure prompt delivery of the meds - they will come when some other delivery personnel or worse, the same delivery guy, is in the mood to deliver them?!
I won't be surprised if your response to this thread is - write to the care centre, we'll see what we can do. I won't write that email because I do not have the time nor the patience to nag Pharmeasy to deliver medicines that is their job. But this will remain public record.
