This is why we need to DEFUND AND REMAKE the police. We need to make all police officers reapply for positions and take additional training and I don't mean just a class. New police officers should be trained for more than 21 weeks proper methods of deescalation

Weapons should be taught to be the last choice. Naked black men have been shot to death by cops with no repurcussion on the officers. We also need to install real consequences for misbehavior and dismantle the police union that protects bad cops.

White people run around, cause damage, riot after sports games etc, have violent destructive alcohol fueled parties and the cops ignore it.

A black person is trying to exist in their home, car, or outside & the police consider us a threat.
