Our international coordinator Al-hassan Adam ( @SpeakOutReclaim) explains how the @GovPayWaterBill campaign will support civil society to hold governments accountable for paying their utility bills.

@EndWaterPoverty's Al-hassan Adam: "The human rights recognise that governments have a duty to provide a service to people. Those services have to meet certain criteria. The water should be safe, affordable, accessible, available & acceptable."
