Florida COVID Update (1/6): The number of COVID-positive patients hospitalized is down more than 50% in the past month
(2/6): Yesterday (8/23), saw the lowest number of COVID-positive hospital admissions since June 18th
(3/6): ED visits for COVID-like illness are down more than 75% since the July 7th peak
(4/6): Today, Florida reported the lowest number of new "cases" since June 14th
(5/6): Statewide positivity rate of 5.2% for new cases, including Broward (4.3%), Escambia (4.8%), Lake (4%), Hillsborough (4.3%), Lee (4%), Orange (4.3%), Pasco (2.9%), Pinellas (2.9%), Sarasota (2%), St. Johns (2.9%), Brevard (4%) and Volusia (4%)
(6/6): The two-week average positivity for our long-term care staff has dropped to 1.32%.
