The broadcast will start at 4 a.m Israel time, but Pompeo will not speak live, as it is dark hour here in israel.
As said , Pompeo will be on the rooftop until about 9pm, due to a few takeaways (probably) and at the same time will be holding private meetings there as well.

The reason I list all this is because it's the reason he has no time left in the evening for a private dinner at Balfour with the Netanyahu’s (as of this moment)
