Thru'out the brouhaha over the past wk, he nvr said anything abt paying the compound. Nobody fr the MOH said anything abt the compound that “was apparently” issued 2 wks ago.

That you can break quarantine by paying RM1k & need not pay RM 2100 to be in quarantine in a hotel. So evryone who breaks the quarantine fr now onwrds, just hv 2 pay RM1k. This is so convenient & sets a terribly bad precedent.
