There needs to be way more transparency at @gtbank. I was sent dollar to my USD domicile account. I wanted to withdraw some dollar from my account and was told because it was an inflow I'm not allowed make a withdrawal.

After requesting to speak to the manager, I was essentially told the bank does not have enough dollar so they are going to use customers money to appear as if they are healthy. In other words we are poor and we are passing on this inconvenience to you. @gtbank

My problem with this method is because the bank is cash strapped I do not have access to MY money. I will be moving my money from my GT account and only can bank with a company that does not tell me when I can move my money. @gtbank
