I really want to get back into making comics on the regular again. It's been a while since I did High School Romance and Xero: King of Thieves. And I don't like that I stopped doing the latter on somewhat of a sour note, but my heart was just not into telling that story.

I did have plans to work on a new series and I even had @grimmheim and @chrissardino to help me out on the title. But I think my plans on how I was going to do it was probably a bit too ambitious and was too much for me mentally to get off the ground.

I'm sorry Kristina and Chris for letting you down. Though both of you seem to be doing amazing.

Most recently I planned to do a short story for the Tezuka Awards, I have the whole story written and I honestly love it. Buy who knew that having a baby would take up so much of my time. And now there is now way I could draw it in time for the due date.

So where does that leave me now? Well I think I'm going to start things slowly again. Go back to the age old webcomic format of a page at a time. I think I'm going to start with the short story I had planned for the tezuka awards and then get a start on my new series.

In the end I think it's all about balancing my life. I'm a father now and I'm working on @PlayUndying which has been an incredible experience. But I need comics in my life. I project that is all my own and I can let out all my creativity.

So the slow drip of the webcomic format is perfect for me right now. Something I can manage and something I'm really excited to get started.
