writing fiction is great because you can write silly unrealistic things like having a character wear high heels all day without begging for death afterwards!

(my novel WIP's protag is actually realistically mediocre at wearing heels (but wears them anyway because she's 5'2 and works for a fashion/lifestyle brand))

(but my fanfic protag is peak Dumb Rich Girl so she gets maximum heel proficiency)

(I make this thread as someone who once walked around Vancouver in heels for six hours, which made me feel very cute and sexy but was not kind to my feet - and those were chunky ankle boots!)
